Joshua Tree in Spring, Antelope Valley
Nikon D100, 18-35mm f/3.5-4.5, Gitzo 410, Kirk BH-1
One of the strangest features of the desert are wildflowers during the spring. After a particularly wet winter they the desert becomes alive with color from little flowers. This picture is a three image composite taken at different exposure settings to maximize the dynamic range of my digital camera. Not the easiest process to work through but it looks great never the less.
