Immature Snow Goose Portrait

Nikon D1h, 300mm f/2.8 AF-S, TC-20e, Matrix Metering, Manual Mode, f/5.6, 1/1600sec, Auto WB, Auto Tone, Gitzo 410, Wimberly Sidekick.

I didn't use any exposure compensation on this image. I did this because the bird is predominately medium toned. On retrospect and after working on some of the intense highlights on his breast, I've decided -0.3ev would've been perfect.
