Bufflehead Duck

Nikon D1h, 500mm f/4 AF-S, TC-14e, Matrix Metering, 1/640, f/5.6, ISO 200, RAW Format, Auto WB, Auto Tone, Gitzo 410, Wimberly Sidekick.

These ducks were very shy. Though, twice they took off towards me and would've been fabulous shots if I had been prepared. This was the third time one of these ducks took off towards me.
