Everytime I shoot with my 300mm f/2.8 AF-S I'm shocked by its sharpness. Even with a teleconverter it's outstanding. This image was shot in my aunt's backyard from the comfort of my room. Her caretaker had left some old rice out and this big male frequented the food. He also was quite tolerant of this super huge "eye" staring at him while he munched.
