Burrowing Owl on Next

This little buy is sitting in a nest not a 1/2 mile from my home. I found it last year when walking the dog. I never got a change to really explore him photographically until now. In this case, I only had enough time to makeone approach. Essentially, during the entire approach, this bird tended to hide just above the rim of the nest. It makes an interesting image. I only cropped the bottom to eliminate some of the distracting parts of the composition.
