There's a large colony of Columbian Ground Squirrels that make their home in the town camp site located at Waterton Lakes NP. They're quite approachable and easy to photograph once you field questions of passer-bys "hey, that's a big lens isn't it?"

Another problem with this image was the huge contrast range I had to deal with. I countered this by making an overlay mask.
