This image was was taken at the local Provincial Park after the first snowfall of the year. Sometimes I like to accent a scene to meet my vision by using filters. You have to be very careful with the Blue/Yellow polarizer at the risk of getting a totally unforeseen color combination. Still, with a bit of experience you can turn a totally dead image with poor color characteristics into something quite wonderful.

This scene without the filters was terribly cold colored. With the filters, it adds a bit of warmth.
