This young ewe was resting from an afternoon scraping snow for food. The lighting was perfect but she kept looking away and generally not cooperating. Finally, as the light was fading, she looked forward and made a tremendous yawn. I added a third stop to compensate for all the snow which causes the meter to stop down. This is enough compensation when the sun is farely bright. I used an extra small aperture to maximize my DOF to include showcase the background and environment. |
